Calvary Music Bots
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Calvary Music Bot 1, Calvary Music Bot 2, and the Calvary Music Bots dashboard may collect, how it is used, and how to request help with your data.
Effective date: May 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Calvary Music Bot 1, Calvary Music Bot 2, the Calvary Music Bots website, the dashboard, support tickets, subscription tools, and related Discord services.
We may collect Discord user IDs, Discord usernames, server IDs, server names, channel IDs, role IDs, command names, command settings, queue and playback settings, audio tier settings, support ticket records, dashboard account email addresses, hashed dashboard passwords, login tokens, and operational logs.
Calvary Music Bot 1 may store information needed for 24/7 radio, support panels, website panel messages, shared audio settings, ticket state, and customer tier roles. It may also log voice connection status and radio playback errors for troubleshooting.
Calvary Music Bot 2 may store and read shared audio settings, including volume, loop mode, autoplay, and Free, Starter, or Premium audio tier status. It may log command errors and playback issues so support can fix problems.
When you create a dashboard account, we store your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store dashboard passwords in plain text. The dashboard may keep a login token in your browser so you can stay signed in.
We use information to run the bots, process commands, sync settings between both music bots, manage audio tiers, provide support, troubleshoot outages, protect against abuse, maintain security, and improve the service.
Calvary Music Bots operate through Discord and may use third-party audio sources or service providers. Those services may process data under their own privacy policies. Discord account login is handled by Discord OAuth when enabled.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with Calvary staff or support team members when needed to resolve tickets, investigate abuse, manage subscriptions, or comply with legal requirements.
Operational logs, support records, settings, and account records may be kept as long as needed to run the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or provide support. Some temporary playback data may be replaced automatically as bot settings change.
We use reasonable safeguards such as server-side password hashing, HTTPS, access-controlled VPS storage, and limited staff access. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should protect their Discord and dashboard accounts.
You can remove the bots from your server, stop using commands, leave the support server, or request help with account or data questions through the Calvary Music Bots support server.
The bots and dashboard are intended for Discord communities that follow Discord's age requirements. Do not use the bots or dashboard if you are not allowed to use Discord in your region.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the bots, dashboard, or subscriptions change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
